Govt orders windings up of Stationery and Offices Supplies Deptt

Sanction is hereby accorded of the closure/winding-up of Jammu and Kashmir, Department of Stationery and Offices Supplies, J&K with the following line of action

The employees of the winded-up department shall be deployed to the Government Departments as per need and shall be governed by their existing rules and regulations till their retirement from service.

All fixed and assets of the winded-up Department at movable Jammu/Kashmir shall be utilized by other Government Departments depending upon their requirement. The liabilities, if any, pending against the Department, shall be referred to ARI & Department for clearance out of Tralnings Government Accounts after thorough Verification.

The official records shall be handed over to the ARI & Tralnings Department for future correspondence and record. By order of the Government of J&K.
